ITP’s Digital Transformation Center marked a significant milestone with the launch of the cornerstone of the Crosscience Initiative in Kosovo. It will serve as a basis for Talent Matchmaking between companies and individuals.
ITP’s Talent Pool is designed to connect talented students, graduates, and highly skilled individuals in Kosovo with companies in ITP Prizren, fostering early-stage employment opportunities and promoting innovation.
By providing a platform for early-stage employment, we facilitate the integration of young talents into the workforce. This innovative service is more than just a platform; it’s a bridge connecting the aspirations of young talents in the ICT field with the opportunities thriving within ITP. Our Talent Pool already boasts more than 600 university students specializing in Computer Science and Engineering and among them more than 200 trainees from ITP’s digital skills training program, all eager to shape the future of tech.
As part of the Crosscience Initiative, we are collaborating with esteemed universities, including the University of Prizren, University of Prishtina, UBT College, Universum International College, RIT Kosovo, RIINVEST College, University of Mitrovica, University of Gjilan and University of Applied Sciences Ferizaj. This program, which unites private and public universities, serves to empower Computer Science students in Kosovo. Our dedicated HR expert is committed to nurturing the talents, ensuring they are well-prepared for the job market.
The service was inaugurated by Simon Floeth, Head of the GIZ project to establish ITP’s Digital Transformation Center.
As part of our launch, we organized a tour of the ITP park, allowing attendees to experience the latest developments and package of other services and benefits to become part of ITP’s ecosystem and explore our facilities. The networking session, complete with catering, provided an excellent opportunity for professionals to connect and explore potential collaborations.
