Nowadays, it is important to develop delegation skills as one of the key tools with which the supervisor performs his or her job. Delegation is not simply a task assignment by the manager. To delegate, you must delegate your duties, responsibilities and powers to a trusted person who is knowledgeable about the assigned task that is part of your daily work.
