Innovation and Training Park (ITP) Prizren stands as one of Kosovo’s leading hubs for skill development, innovation, and youth employability. In this context, ITP is pleased to spotlight Kosovo Generation Unlimited (K-GenU) — a national programme that connects young people with practical work experience, professional development pathways, and structured mentoring.
K-GenU is a multi-stakeholder coalition that brings together government institutions, development partners, the private sector, civil society organizations, and youth representatives. Its mission is to increase investments for and with young people, ensuring they have access to real opportunities, relevant skills, and the support needed to reach their full potential.
The programme is jointly led by the Ministry of Finance, Labour, and Transfers, UNICEF, with the German-Kosovar Business Association (OEGJK) as the implementing partner. Within this wider ecosystem, ITP Prizren plays a supportive role as an active environment for training, innovation, and employment pathways, providing young people with a space to build practical and professional competencies.
