Our Start-Up Offices, spanning 750 m2 with subsidized prices for the first year of tenancy tailored for qualifying business start-ups. Eligible candidates include businesses younger than 12 months from the date of registration, with fewer than 5 owners/staff, none of whom have previously owned a registered business. Priority is given to those in compliance with the priority sectors of ITP and those who have undergone a start-up or incubation program. Our space boasts 13 offices, 2 meeting rooms, and 3 common areas—all accessible, featuring access control, showers, and furnished with essentials.
