Course Overview
This practical training programme equips participants with the skills needed to create, manage, and optimize professional websites and e-commerce stores using WordPress and WooCommerce. The course covers essential topics including website development, content management, online business models, SEO, and digital sales processes.
Participants will gain hands-on experience with key digital tools such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Yoast SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Canva, enabling them to launch and maintain effective online platforms.

- Introduction to E-Commerce: Business models, customer journey, online marketplaces, and digital sales processes.
- WordPress Installation and Setup: Hosting, domains, themes, plugins, and website configuration.
- Website Design and Content Management: Pages, menus, media, content strategy, and user experience.
- WooCommerce Store Management: Products, payments, shipping, orders, and customer accounts.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Keywords, metadata, site performance, and mobile optimization.
- Final Website Project: Development and presentation of a complete business website or e-commerce store.
Prerequisites
Participants should have basic digital literacy, internet navigation skills, and basic file management skills.
Participation in the project's training programmes is free of charge for the selected beneficiaries.
