Empowering the next generation of digital talent in Kosovo and beyond through innovation, collaboration, practical learning, and real-world opportunity.
The Digital Skills Festival is co-organized by ITP Prizren within the Crosscience platform. This year, the Digital Skills Festival is co-organized with DigiCamp, a three-day platform dedicated to advancing digital innovation, applied research, and cross-sector collaboration across Kosovo and the region.
It serves as a meeting point for technology, startups, academia, institutions, and industry.
To bridge innovation, research, and real-world challenges by fostering collaboration across sectors and empowering the next generation of digital talent.
The Crosscience Initiative is a crucial foundation for the digital transformation center’s activities. Started as a bottom-up initiative, its primary objective is to increase research and innovation outputs within the universities, encourage collaboration, and link industry with academia under one umbrella. The initiative has been founded together by public and private universities in Kosovo through ICT faculties, with ITP Prizren as coordinator.
The Crosscience Initiative aims to foster collaboration across three distinct components: the Digital Skills Festival, Young Innovators Program, and the Talent Pool.
The Digital Skills Festival serves as a dynamic platform that involves students, professors, and the private sector simultaneously. The event strengthens connections between the private sector and academia.
The Young Innovators Program acts as a talent pool for students and graduates, offering a path to turn academic projects into profitable businesses.
The Talent Pool is designed to empower students with access to employment opportunities, training programs, and scholarships.
DSF is supported by Crosscience members, universities, public institutions, international partners, and innovation-driven organizations working together to strengthen digital skills, research, and collaboration in Kosovo.
