Wolfgang Leidig has held various positions in German Federal and State Ministries as well as on the local level, among others as Head of Department and Mayor, dealing with economic and regional development and institution building. His professional career started with the German Federal Ministry of Research and Technology after having worked with MIT and been at the Permanent Mission of the (then) EC to the UN in New York. He worked for GIZ in international cooperation in East Africa and India managing programmes in the area of regional integration and sustainable economic development. This included projects on Financing SME, Innovation and Modernisation in SME, Start-ups and Incubators, Socially Responsible Enterprises, Women Entrepreneurs and Vocational Training.
Muhamed Rexhepi brings more than 10 years of experience in management, business development and private sector in Kosovo. He has been engaged in several business development positions in private sector and donor-funded projects in Kosovo. His work includes managing projects in economic development, such as SME competitiveness, job creation and employability, and vocational education and training. Additionally, he has designed and implemented projects to empower young entrepreneurs, students and start-ups through entrepreneurship and business skills training, supervision of micro-credit funds, and linkages with the private sector.
